Plougasnou / Morlaix

[ Cycle route Tour de Manche ] [ Lannion > Morlaix , Le Tour de Manche, Roscoff-Mont St-Michel ]
  • 26 km
  • intermediaire Level Intermediate

From the small town of Plougasnou, continuing along the coast, the magnificent Bay of Morlaix comes into view, with its rocky headlands and numerous islands, including those protecting a bird reserve, the Ile Louët, and that crowned by the Château du Taureau. If you’re a fan of oysters, try them at the picturesque port of Le Dourduff-en-Mer. Then head upriver to the historic town of Morlaix.

  • Beautiful ride - Matt

As with most of the EV4 route most of this section is on lovely quiet roads which are well signed. Great views over the sea on many occasions. There is a green lane section near Kereven which is steep and muddy and added an unnecessary hill. . This is not shown on the on-line map but is signed on the route. Would have preferred to stay on the lanes if alternative signs were available. given how quiet the paved lanes are the green lane was not needed.

  • la voie est réalisée - Laurent Hardouin

La portion de voie entre Morlaix et Lannion est actuellement terminée et cyclable, bonne route !
