Itinerary
The route keeps to the greenway for the entire stage, and offers beautiful views over the surrounding valleys - without having to ascend any hills! You meet a junction to the north of La Hayes-du-P. with the greenway coming from Portbail and the coast. There are small sections of shared roads upon your arrival at La Hayes-du-Puits. Still plenty of stopping points along the route.

Not to be missed
Saint-Sauveur-le-Vicomte is famous for its fortified castle - which was besieged twice during the Hundred Years War. It still preserves a fortified surrounding wall, is flanked with XIV century towers, and dominated by an imposing keep.
The Barbey d’Aurevilly Museum is located in the family house of the author (who lived between 1808 – 1889). This literary museum displays a rich collection of manuscripts and signed letters, letters, original editions, portraits, photographs and personal memoires of the acclaimed author of ‘Les Diaboliques’.
