After visiting the interactive museum « Tous à vélo avec Louison Bobet », dedicated to one of France’s most famous cyclists, head for St-Onen-la-Chapelle. A quiet road leads to Mauron to join the busiest greenway in Brittany. The local red sandstone makes the architecture around here stand out. At Mauron, continue along the greenway. This stage is for moderately experienced cyclists.

Note that St Méen-le-Grand is also the starting point of Véloroute 6, so don’t follow the wrong route!

La Brohinière TER train station: on line Rennes/Lamballe/St-Brieuc. From La Brohinière’s train station, it’s possible to join Véloroute 3 at Le Crouais by following the cycle trail marked « Louison Bobet » n°1, signposted in the direction La Brohinière–Le Crouais.
