Pechingorp chambre d'hôtes
Calm and serenity are the key words of your stay at "Péchingorp chambre d'hôtes".
On the road leading to Vaour and the Grésigne forest, a large white stone house in the Gaillac vineyards welcomes you. Looking for green spaces? You've come to the right place. At Pechingorp, enjoy a small garden of "only" 5000m²! Terrace, swimming pool and rest areas in the sun and shade; your hosts have designed the exterior to suit everyone's tastes. On the other hand, don't look for a sparse lawn, as nature also has the right to rest and express itself freely in this beautiful environment.
For lovers of wide-open spaces, the largest oak forest in the Midi Pyrénées, covering some 3600 ha, is just 10 minutes from your B&B. The Grésigne state forest is open to pedestrians everywhere except for hunting and forestry work. Then swap your hiking boots for a good pair of sneakers to explore the many bastides, such as the medieval town of Castelnau-de-Montmiral. This ancient fortified town in the Tarn region is one of France's "Most Beautiful Villages". And last but not least, get on your bike and explore the region, pushing on to the Aveyron gorges, Penne, St Antonin Noble Val and back via Cordes sur Ciel. Mountain bikers won't be outdone by the numerous circuits starting from the Vère-Grésigne leisure park.
YOUR BED AND BREAKFAST :
Enjoy independent access to the two bedrooms on the garden level of the owners' house. Each has its own private bathroom with large shower, washbasin and toilet.
Between the 2 bedrooms is the guest lounge with fitted kitchen, dining table and sitting area. This area is freely accessible and exclusively dedicated to the occupants of the rooms.
Breakfast is served indoors or outdoors, depending on your preference and the weather. The sourdough bread is homemade (or from the local baker), as are the cakes and jams, and the honey is local. For those who wish, your hosts can offer you eggs and cheese for breakfast.
Outdoors with plenty of space for relaxation.
Swimming pool with diving board. Dimensions: 12x6m. Depth from 0.9 to 2.3m.
Guest table with home cooking, by reservation: €25/person
Using fresh, seasonal and local produce (most of it organic) cooked with passion and respect, your menu will include a starter, main course, cheese and dessert, all accompanied by drinks, fruit juices, Gaillac wines from neighboring winegrowers, coffee, tea, herbal tea.
