A large, fully private terrace in front of the cottage is at your disposal, equipped with garden furniture, a pizza oven, a fire pit, garden furniture, and sun loungers for you to enjoy relaxing moments in our beautiful region. Private parking is available on the estate.
You can also enjoy a private heated swimming pool, open from April to the end of October (12x5 m, depth 1.50 m to 2.50 m). A pétanque court, ping-pong table and trampoline are shared with the other two cottages on the estate. The estate also allows you to organise business seminars with all the necessary facilities, as well as wellness breaks (yoga, etc.) with the use of a yurt.
The gîte comprises on the ground floor: a separate kitchen, a separate toilet, a lounge area with fireplace, a living room with fireplace and video projector, opening onto the large terrace. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (200/210 cm), 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds (180/200 cm), 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds (200/210 cm) and 2 single beds (90/200 cm). 2 shower rooms with toilets and 1 separate toilet. On the second floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (200/210 cm) and 1 single bed (90/200 cm). Electric and wood heating included. Electric vehicle charging station, or option to hire an electric ZOE for £50 per day.
