Au bord du Canal, which has been awarded the 'accueil vélo' label, has a lovely view over the château of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages. The "voie verte" is on the other side of the canal, offering 212 km of paths passing through Dijon and making for great cycling.
You will appreciate the brightness, space, comfort and themed decoration around Burgundy, canals and boats. Each room is named after a boat. They are equipped with a courtesy tray with a kettle, and a small TV.
The 4 rooms are all ensuite: shower, WC and washbasin. Our rooms have a Clévacances approval, three Keys.
The 17 m² double room "Lily" and the 14 m² double room "Toiler" have a view of the canal. The 17 m² double room "Elektra" overlooks the canal and the fields. The family room "L'Étoile" is on two levels, 18 m² and 15 m² with a double bed and 2 single beds 90x200.
The double beds are a comfortable 180x200. If requested in advance, they can be separated to make two 90x200 beds.
We can accommodate 10 people in our 4 bedrooms.
Parking for your car is protected by an electric gate. Bicycles can be stored in our secure bicycle garage in the private grounds. The bike garage is equipped with sockets for charging your electric bikes and a water point. A fridge is also available in the garage.
Breakfast is served, weather permitting, on the canal-side terrace. You will find a restaurant in Vandenesse en Auxois, a lovely little stroll along the canal, or in Chateauneuf en Auxois, by bike (be careful, it's a bit of a climb) or on foot, a 30-minute walk.
