In a quiet neighborhood away from the city center, Catherine welcomes you to this delightful property, a charming green setting. The elegant Anglo-Norman-style house overlooks the landscaped garden with its oriental touches and its little bridge over the pond, a real invitation to stroll and relax: in the morning, at breakfast in the open air, in the living room under the gazebo after a good day, in a deckchair under the apple trees or why not during a game of pétanque. You'll love our beautifully presented gourmet breakfasts. Just a stone's throw away, you'll be able to take advantage of all the town's amenities or take a stroll along the Iton river. Catherine is a golfer and will be happy to advise you on the best golf courses in the area: Evreux, 3 km away, Le Vaudreuil, Gaillon or Champ de Bataille. The local "voie verte" (greenway) offers great walks and bike rides. For a car-free stay, the train station is just 1 km away. On the second floor of the house, you'll find a comfortable, warm and colorful bedroom with a small balcony overlooking the garden and the town, with a double bed (160x200), as well as a small bedroom-office for an extra person (120 cm single bed, free for children under 11). Lovely, bright bathroom with private toilet. A massage chair is available for a truly relaxing moment. Leisure facilities include a pétanque court and hiking trails (GR 222 and GR 26 in particular), or tennis, swimming pool, accrobranches (tree climbing) 2 km away, and golf or horse-riding 3 km away.
