Welcome to Hostel Quartier Libre, the Royans-Vercors cooperative!
Quartier Libre offers a wide range of accommodation to suit you and the other adventurers you meet. We pay particular attention to the balance between privacy and conviviality. We have around 15 rooms to suit different needs: single double rooms, family rooms, dormitories sleeping 4 to 8 (bookable by the bed or by the dormitory) and a furnished studio for 4 people.
To fit in with everyone's stay, convivial, recreational and quiet areas are available for travelers: lounge with fireplace, terrace and outdoor play area.
The bar-restaurant offers lunch and dinner, as well as refreshments and snacks throughout the day. At our table, everything is homemade! To offer you taste and conviction on the plate, we work exclusively with raw, local, seasonal and organic produce. A main course is always on the menu.
The grocery corner offers you local souvenirs, gourmet gifts or picnics - make up your own picnic! Pâtés, spreads, gazpacho, cheese and bread by the slice ....
Hostel Quartier Libre is part of the Royans-Vercors region, rich in history, landscapes and know-how. Discover it through activities and micro-adventures in tourism, culture and sport, either on site or departing from the hostel, on your own or with partners.
A year-round brunch is offered every first Sunday of the month (29 euros / person), with yoga classes at 10 or 11:30 am (15 euros / person).
In summer, you have access to the inn's solar-heated swimming pool. In winter, we offer snowshoes and laser biathlon rifles for hire, as well as an orienteering course! All year round, hiking trails, board games and outdoor games are available free of charge.
The Quartier Libre hostel also accepts tent travelers who want to bivouac. Showers are available for 5 euros/person.
