Located in Moneaux/Chambon-des-neiges, at an altitude of almost 1,200 meters, at the foot of the Chaudefour Valley Nature Reserve, between Super-Besse and Le Mont-Dore, the Sancy Resort welcomes you all year round to an exceptional natural setting, conducive to calm and relaxation.
Entirely designed with the environment in mind, the resort blends seamlessly into its wild, unspoilt natural surroundings.

Our furnished apartments sleep from 2 to 6 people. They all feature a fully-equipped kitchen, living room with flat-screen TV, terrace overlooking the Volcans, shower room/WC. Wifi available in common areas and apartments.

Below are our different types of apartments:

- 4 apartments accessible to people with reduced mobility
- 2-room apartment for up to 2 people, approx. 26 m², with south-facing balcony/terrace:
Fully equipped* with bedroom with double bed, lounge area, TV, bathroom with WC.
- 2-room duplex apartment for up to 3 people, approx. 45 m²:
Fully equipped* with one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with single bed, lounge area, TV, bathroom with separate toilet.
- 2-room apartment for up to 4 people, approx. 40 m², with south-facing balcony/terrace:
Fully equipped* with bedroom with 160 cm double bed, living area with 160 cm sofa bed, TV, bathroom with WC.
- 3-room apartment for up to 4 people, approx. 45 m² :
Fully equipped* with one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, lounge area, TV, bathroom with separate toilet.
- 3-room apartment for up to 5 people, approx. 45 m² with :
Fully equipped* with one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, lounge area, TV, bathroom with separate toilet.
- 4-room apartment for up to 6 people, approx. 55 m² :
Fully equipped* with two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a lounge area, TV, two shower rooms with WC.
* Kitchen equipment: stainless steel sink, 2-burner hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave/oven, extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils.

Some apartments have a sofa bed in the living room. Possibility of adding one or two extra people, please contact us for more information.

In the residence's common room, you'll find a pool table, table soccer and board games. We guarantee a warm and friendly welcome. The ideal place to recharge your batteries in the fresh air of an authentic region!

Enclosed premises with sockets for recharging your batteries. Free of charge.

* Restaurant:
We'd like to offer you committed cuisine based on fresh, seasonal produce from producers, mainly from the Massif Central region, because we believe that highlighting our heritage is a priority. All in a unique setting, with warm, friendly service.
Our restaurant is open when the establishment is open,

* Bar:
The bar is open from 8am until 10pm during school vacations. We offer a wide choice of local beverages: beers, wines, cocktails, soft drinks, hot drinks ... all from our beautiful region.

* Wellness area :
Book a slot for a unique moment.
Includes indoor sauna and outdoor Jacuzzi.
Showers and changing rooms
Bath towels provided
Rate €15 per adult, free for accompanying children under 15.
Private use of the area for one hour at a fixed price of 60€.
Available from 9am to 7pm
(Sauna forbidden for under-18s)

A boutique is available at the residence offering regional and local products! It's a great way to liven up your meals in the apartment, as an aperitif or as a souvenir of our beautiful region!

- La salle Mouflon: fully equipped seminar room: wifi, paperboard, projector, HDMI cable
- La salle Cheminée: fully equipped seminar room: wifi, Tv, HDMI cable
- La Grande salle: common room fully adaptable to your needs. Equipped with wifi, flipchart, Tv, HDMI cable.
