Our hotel-restaurant is a place full of charm, beauty and conviviality. The hotel is built on an old stone quarry and has 38 rooms, including 8 duplexes. The spacious, bright rooms have been renovated in a warm, modern style.
Our hotel-restaurant is located on the outskirts of the village of Fontvieille, close to Les Baux-de-Provence, Arles, Maussane-les-Alpilles and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence; an ideal location for exploring the region.
The park, planted with trees and flowers, offers a range of activities: swimming pool, mini-golf, giant chess, pétanque, table tennis, badminton, etc. The 20 x 7m swimming pool is heated between mid-May and September. Garden lounges and deckchairs scattered around the grounds provide pleasant places to relax.
Our restaurant, open for dinner, welcomes you in a relaxed atmosphere on the shaded terrace or in the air-conditioned veranda. Our chef Kohei Ohata, who has been awarded a Michelin Plate by the Michelin Guide, offers a menu of suggestions based on local produce, which changes according to what's available in season. We also offer an evening menu that changes daily, as well as a tasting menu. In July and August, there is also an afternoon snack menu.
