Welcome to La Demeure du Bord de Seine, a group gîte located in Samoreau, in an idyllic setting by the Seine, just minutes from Fontainebleau and the picturesque village of Barbizon. This unique place is perfect for family or friends getaways, offering comfort and tranquility in a preserved natural environment.

Our gîte consists of two houses: one with 3 bedrooms and the other with 4 bedrooms, totaling 7 rooms that can accommodate up to 14 guests. Each room is thoughtfully decorated, combining modern comfort with countryside charm. Spacious common areas, including a comfortable living room and a large dining room, promote convivial moments.

Enjoy the outdoors with a landscaped garden, a heated pool (from May to September), a jacuzzi (available upon request in winter), and direct access to the Seine for relaxing moments by the water. For children, outdoor play areas are available, including a swing and a secure play space.

We provide all modern amenities: free Wi-Fi, private bathrooms in each room, bedding provided, and a fully equipped kitchen area for group meals.
