Calm and serenity are the words that best define this 18th century house. Made of stones and half-timbering, it is an authentic Norman building well integrated in the listed village of Bec Hellouin. The terrace will allow you to enjoy the sun. The small garden is an ideal space for a nap. The house is in the heart of the village, next to the abbey, the green way and the forest. The Risle river is close by for a fishing or a canoe kayak trip. A plus to protect the planet : the cottage is accessible by public transport (3 buses per day in both directions). For electric cars, a self-service charging station is available 50m from the cottage. WARNING : In these times of pandemic, for your safety, we take special care in disinfecting the whole of the house after cleaning. We use products recommended by health authorities. We ventilate the accommodation for a long time between two rentals. Ground floor: living room with wood stove, kitchen, shower room, separate wc, terrace. 1st floor : bedroom (1 double bed), landing of 20m2 with 1 single bed, television and reading area, shower room wc. 2nd floor (accessible by a rather narrow 18th staircase) : bedroom (2 single beds which can be pushed together, 1 single bed).
