This charming apartment, located along the Way of St. James and the Jeanne d'Arc Trail, was built in 2016 as part of our farm. You won't have any neighbors directly across from you. It has a separate entrance. So you’ll enjoy complete peace and quiet!
The village is peaceful, 15 km from Joinville (supermarkets and other shops) and 5 km from Bure (Andra and Le Panier Sympa, the nearest bakery and grocery store), on the border with the Meuse and Vosges departments. There are plenty of countryside walks right on your doorstep.
The accommodation consists of:
- a large open-concept kitchen leading into a spacious dining and living area
- a bedroom with a walk-in closet
- a bathroom with a toilet
- a laundry room
- a garage
The bedroom features a bed (140x190, extra comfortable), a desk, a chair (ergonomic, backless), and a walk-in closet.
The bathroom has a shower, a sink, a washing machine, a towel warmer, and a toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with 2 electric hotplates, a range hood, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker (Senseo), a kettle, and everything you need for cooking (pans, utensils, cutlery, dishes, etc.).
In the laundry room, you can store your shoes and hang your laundry to dry. You’ll also find cleaning supplies there (broom, bucket, vacuum cleaner).
The garage is located across from the apartment and has an electric door.
The entire apartment is on one level.
