Detached guesthouse attached to a renovated historic farmhouse (125 m²). Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, living room with a 2-seater sofa, bathroom, and toilet. First floor: 4 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds, 1 double pull-out bed, 2 sets of single bunk beds, 2 cribs), bathroom, and toilet. Third floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), mezzanine with a sofa bed, shower room/toilet. Central heating, TV outlet, clothes dryer, freezer. Outdoor areas: detached lot (125 m²) and courtyard (100 m²). Amenities: 9 mountain bikes, 2 scooters (deposit required), ping-pong table, pétanque balls, foosball table. Utilities: 8 kWh of electricity provided daily; additional usage billed at cost. Options: sheet rental (8?/person or 16?/2 people), bath and household linens (5?/person), cleaning fee (100?). Housekeeping and linens are mandatory for business travelers; if housekeeping and linens are not paid for at the time of booking, payment must be made on-site to the owners. No smoking.
