Description

Chalonnes-sur-Loire, between Angers and Nantes, 1 hour from the Puy du Fou and the Châteaux de la Loire.
Numerous hiking trails invite you to wander through the vineyards of Anjou and Muscadet.
You can discover the Loire by bike or by traditional boat.

Joëlle & Jean-Pierre welcome you to their traditionally renovated 70m² farmhouse, 2 km from Chalonnes-sur-Loire.
La P'tite maison de Jo is on one level and comprises :
=> a large bedroom (30m²) with a double bed (160x200), en-suite shower room & wc, sofa bed (140x190) and lounge area.
=> a bedroom (10m²) with a double bed (160x200), en-suite shower room and wc.
=> a kitchen equipped with a grill oven, 1 microwave, an induction hob with 3 burners, etc...
=> a courtyard with a dining area, tables and chairs, a relaxation area in the shade of a cherry tree, a car parking space and a bicycle garage.

Rates per night :
- 70€ for one person,
- 20€ extra for each additional person,
- 10€ extra for the 5th and 6th occupant.
(Tourist tax not included)

Our services: fitted kitchen, linen provided, wifi & tv, baby equipment on request, adjustable shower chair.
