This 70m² gîte is located in the owner's pretty manor house with its own entrance. It is ideally located 500m from Saint-Amé town center and the forest with its signposted hiking trails leading to the Saint-Mont mountain, and 1km from the Voie Verte (53km multi-activity trail with free, safe access for walking, cycling, rollerblading...) and the rock-climbing crag.

Located on the ground floor, the gîte comprises a 35m² living room with sofa and TV, two large bedrooms (18m² each) (one with 1 bed 140x190 and one with 2 beds 90x190), a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette and fondue machine. A 20m² laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also available for storing equipment such as bicycles and skis. Bicycles are also available.
