Fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room. Tree-lined yard with no overlooking neighbors. Outdoor amenities: heated above-ground pool (open May 1 through September 30), ping-pong table, play area, trampoline. Indoor amenities: pool table, board games, books. Linens and bedding provided. Cleaning included. Security deposit of 1,000 € + 100 € for pets. Heating is an additional charge (30 €/day). Minimum rental of 7 days in July/August, 2–3 nights during the off-season. Pets allowed (max 2).
