36 m2 heated fenced swimming pool, exceptionally open beyond September 30, 2024 if weather permits. Private parking for 5 vehicles.
The courtyard is ideal for younger children to play, while older children can enjoy badminton (rackets available), pétanque balls and table tennis with rackets.
There's also a pool table and a ping-pong table outside, as well as a drum set.

Family tree park 500 m from the house. 50 m from the property is a multisport field (table soccer, skate park, slide, climbing spider) and a lovely playground for the little ones. From Louvemont, you can cycle to the lake on the 8 km cycle path, and there are many opportunities for hiking or cycling on the signposted footpaths.

Lac du Der offers a multitude of water sports: paddle, sail, jet ski, etc.
In October, the Crane and Migration Festival. A privileged rendezvous with nature for birdwatching, walks and specialist activities.

Nearest equestrian center at Laneuville à Rémy, horse racing at Montier-en-Der, educational farm at Frampas. Château de Cirey sur Blaise, where Voltaire spent part of his life, the Musée du pays du Der in Sainte Marie du Lac, Metallurgic Park in Dommartin le Franc.

Pets accepted on request (maximum 2 pets/stay) for a supplement of 15€/day. Pet deposit: 100?
Linen (tea towels, tablecloth, 15 towels and 15 bath sheets): included in rental price, as well as bed linen and energy costs. All beds are made up on arrival. Deposit of 1000 ? on arrival, returned 8 days after your departure if the gîte is in good condition.
