The Bouteville apartment features two spacious double bedrooms that can accommodate four people, each equipped with comfortable king-size beds (180x200 cm; can be converted into two 90x200 cm beds), as well as a bathroom (with toilet). The living area combines the kitchen and living room. The entire apartment has been carefully renovated, highlighting the charm of the exposed beams and original hardwood floors in a chic and cozy atmosphere.
Outside, the large wooded park features garden furniture, a 5m x 10m swimming pool, parking (free), 3 garages (by reservation, with an additional fee), and a charging station for electric vehicles. Free secure Wi-Fi.
The house serves as the perfect starting point for exploring the Cognac distilleries on foot or strolling along the Charente River... In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the Royal Castle of Cognac, the public garden, and François I Park (a listed site, 48 hectares of preserved and protected nature)... as well as bars and restaurants!
