You will enjoy a small private terrace, a large garden planted with trees and flowers (not enclosed) shared with the owners and guests of the adjoining gîte (independent access). Protected pond, portico, bicycles. 70m² reception room (fireplace) for festive events. Car park.

- ground floor: large living room with kitchenette, WC.
