If you’re planning a cycling holiday that takes you through Burgundy, the Côte d’Or (the Tour de Bourgogne cycle route, the Voie des Vignes, etc.)? If you’d like to stop off near Nuits-Saint-Georges, in a small village in the Hautes-Côtes, the “Villa Modeliacus” holiday cottage, adjoining the owners’ home, offers: Access via an external staircase: a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island and high table, opening onto a small covered terrace. Upstairs, a small sitting area with a TV (Smart TV), 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a TV, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds that can be joined together and a TV, 1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double washbasins, 1 separate toilet. Wi-Fi. A lovely 7 x 3 metre swimming pool, shared with the owners, heated from May to September (weather permitting). Terrace, sun loungers. Private parking in the courtyard. On-site laundry facilities (washing machine and tumble dryer) available for a fee. 22 kW electric vehicle charging point available for a fee. Cot and high chair available on request.

To get from Nuits-Saint-Georges to the gîte (6.5 km), we provide a map with several routes for you to choose from. On this map you’ll find restaurants and a place to visit, La Karrière, which is sure to take your breath away (a site featuring monumental graphic art).
To look after your trusty steeds, we provide a secure storage area. There you can recharge your batteries, top up your tyres…
