La Voie Verte des Hauts de Tardoire is a 13-km section of an old railroad line that winds its way through unspoilt countryside, where hikers, cyclists, rollerbladers and people with disabilities can enjoy a pleasant, safe walk. The loop and audio-guided nature walks invite you to discover our cultural, natural and historical heritage. Picnic tables are at your disposal, and numerous activities are offered all year round. In Châlus, the old railway station has been converted into an area where you can hire equipment (mountain bikes and VTCs, electric or non-electric, rollerblades, tandems, recumbent tricycles, push bikes, carts, etc.) from April to November & in July and August, equipment can be hired at Oradour-sur-Vayres, by prior reservation online or by telephone.
