Brasserie Les Tours du Malt
In the heart of the Braquaval farmhouse, a 17th-century farmhouse in Hem, Les Tours du Malt brews craft beers that are pleasurable, sincere and accessible. Founded in 2020 by father and son enthusiasts Hervé and Clément, the brewery draws its inspiration from its moods, desires and convictions.
Committed to the local area, they work hand-in-hand with producers and give preference to ingredients from the region. Their commitment is also reflected in a responsible and sustainable approach: 100% renewable electricity, mostly recycled bottles, recycled spent grains and reuse of malt bags. At Tours du Malt, everything is created and recycled.
Certified organic, the beers combine diversity and authenticity, with a strong local footprint and production processes optimized to limit their environmental impact. Today, the aim is to source their ingredients within a radius of less than 300 km, fully affirming their identity as "Brasseurs de terroir".
