Château de Saint Mesmin
The Saint Mesmin Castle, in Saint André sur Sèvre, is a XIVth century medieval fortress to which an imposing XVth century dungeon, with its 28 metre high walls has been added. An invitation to daily medieval life which reveals itself more subtle and refined than one could imagine. This fortress, a listed building since 1993, offers daily animations throughout July and August for an unusual discovery of the place: workshops for children and adults.
