Description

A 7-hectare family estate nestled in the hills around Nice, where you can discover endemic grape varieties: white (100% Rolle), rosé (100% Braquet) and red (80% Folle Noire and 20% Grenache), all organically grown.
Guided tour of the vineyards, cellars and winemaking techniques.
Tasting of 3 wines, white, rosé and red, in a cosy setting.
Also worth discovering: PDO olive oil from Nice - Routes des Oliviers.
The Domaine offers two formulas: “Découverte” (3 wines) and “Passion” (six wines), with a tasting of AOC Nice olive oil, olive paste and olive jam.
And from May to August, a charcuterie, cheese, pâté, tomato salad and antipasti platter (20€) is available on reservation.
