Free visit of the Fromagerie (cheese production). You will see a film that goes back to the origins of Fromage de Laguiole AOC and Aligot de l'Aubrac. From a gallery you will be able to see the fabrication workshops! You will be impressed by the cellar with its generations of Fromages de Laguiole lovingly watched over.
