In Provence, in the heart of the Var, between the Mediterranean and the Gorges du Verdon, the Bérenguier family produces French olive oils: the family cuvée "Coeur de Culture" has won numerous awards in Paris at the general agricultural competition (assemblage Cayon, Cailletier, Coucourelle, Ribier, Picholine, Aglandau and Bouteillan), a monovarietal Ribier oil (also called Plant de Callas, this variety is emblematic of the basin. This small round olive gives an oil unique and creamy with aromas of greenery and artichoke, slightly spicy in the back of the mouth).Here, know-how has been passed down for 4 generations to perpetuate the tradition in the land of the olive tree, always with respect for the terroir and the environment.
