Nestled between the Canal de Briare and the Loing, close to Lac des Closiers, it offers a haven of peace that combines direct immersion in nature with pedestrian access to the town via its new marina. It's also at the foot of the Scandibérique aurovéloroute (EV3) and 5km by bike from the Canal d'Orléans à Vélo cycle route.
This guest room is located on the 1st floor of the owners' house, with independent access, and comprises a private living room of approx. 40 m² with a sitting area with dining table, an additional kitchen, a private balcony with garden furniture and a bedroom equipped with two single beds 90x200 cm (convertible to a double bed 180x200 cm) and a shower room open onto the bedroom and a separate toilet. You can also enjoy the shared garden.
