B&B accommodations in the Coteaux du Lyonnais area, facing the village of Bessenay (the French capital of cherry). Leafy setting, near city of L'Arbresle. Each bedroom has a separate access and own terrace overlooking the orchards (in spring they are covered with flowers which will give delicious cherries later). Reserved for guests : large living room, lounge on the mezzanine, kitchen area. Self-catering accommodation on the premises. All accommodations can be booked jointly for a family gathering (15 people). 3 guest rooms on 1st floor, each with private terrace. Room 1 'BURLAT DE BRUSSIEU' : 2 single 90 x 200 cm beds + 140 x 190 cm double bed on the mezzanine. Room 2 'GRIOTTE DE COURZIEU' : 160 x 200 cm double bed + 140 x 190 cm double bed on the mezzanine. Room 3 'BIGARREAU DE BESSENAY' : 160 x 200 cm bed + 140 x 190 cm double bed on the mezzanine. All mezzanine are accessed via ladder so unsuitable for young children. Shower room & separate WC in each room. One room has bath and dual washbasins. Cot on request. Guest living room with lounge area on mezzanine (books, board games, TV). Terrace, set of boules, swings, parking. Meals can be ordered and delivered from local restaurant. Special fare for group of 15 people, renting all rooms (bed linen supplied) or renting all property (self-catering terms). Payment by holiday vouchers or credit cards allowed. Rate for extra person in room (except child under 10 years) : 15 euros/night/person. Charging station (T2 type) for electric cars available.
