Enlightened wine lovers, particularly Burgundy vintages, and globetrotters with a passion for travel, Joël and Kate welcome you to their guest house set in a neat enclosed park of 2400m² with an electric gate (remote control available ) with a beautiful 8x4m swimming pool, heated by heat pump from May to September (with a shelter for maximum swimming time) and numerous leisure facilities (pétanque court, ping-pong, swing, volleyball net/ badminton…). Located on a pleasant garden with trees and flowers nestled on the edge of a small wood, a restful & relaxing haven for young and old, protected from view by a surrounding wall, the property houses an old Burgundian residence from 1850, fully restored in the resolutely contemporary spirit of an "architect's house" (accommodating a bedroom) completed by a small independent cottage-type pavilion (accommodating the second bedroom). In a calm and quiet residential area in the charming, typical village of Dracy-le-Fort. “Micro guest apartment” type rooms (equipped with a kitchen area and private garden furniture) independent and not overlooked, furnished in an elegant contemporary country atmosphere.
