Your guest room:
Adjoining the house of Jeanne and Sergio, your hosts, it is located upstairs and overlooks the lovely flowered and tree-filled garden. Its private access via an exterior stone staircase guarantees you independence and tranquility.
The layout is rather unusual: you have a bright, double-height living room with a table, TV, a sofa bed offering comfortable sleeping for two (140x200 cm), and some kitchen amenities if you prefer to eat in (a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and dishes). A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the bathroom with a heated towel rack, bidet, and toilet, as well as the sloping mezzanine with a double bed (140x190 cm mattress).
Breakfast is served in your living room, or in the garden, weather permitting.
Free public parking is a 2-minute walk away. Parking at the owners' premises may be available upon request. Our animal friends are welcome. If your dog comes with you, it must be kept on a leash in the garden: the house's two cats share the space!

• Climbing sites, cycling and hiking trails in the forests of Poligny, Larchant, and Fontainebleau
• Water sports: Kayaking, boat rentals
• Swimming in Grez-sur-Loing (6km) and Souppes-sur-Loing (12km)
Also, Paris is accessible by train:
• Nemours train station (800m) for Paris Gare de Lyon in 1 hour 10 minutes
• Several direct trains to Paris Bercy (45 min) during the week
• One train ticket for €2.50 per person
