Nestled at the foot of the famous Roche de Solutré, labeled "Grand Site de France" for its exceptional heritage and landscape riches (one of the largest prehistoric sites in Europe, rich in 50,000 years of human presence, offering a superb unobstructed view up to 'at Mont-Blanc!), Davayé has a hilly wine-growing setting, immersed in the heart of an immense preserved plateau of vineyards, close to several wild forest massifs. Sumptuous landscapes & panoramas to discover in the surrounding area. Large atypical "loft in the countryside" nestled under the roofs on the site of the old barn. Very nice volume. Warm country character with contemporary accents enhanced by careful heritage restoration (conservation of the rich traces of the original building: stone walls, stone & wood lintels, beams, original "bull's eye" windows adorned with bricks, etc.).
