Description

The restaurant, which opened in June 2023, offers a daily menu and two propositions: a gourmet menu based on the flavors of Alsace, and a Suggestions menu that changes according to new arrivals. The chef offers gourmet, tasty and imaginative cuisine. Enjoy Alsace-brewed beer and flambéed tarts (Flammekueche) for lunch or dinner. An attractive wine list of around 50 wines from all over France features Alsace, with three winemakers and a wide selection of wines by the glass. Decoration is the hall's strong point, adorned with magnificent chandeliers and woodwork created by cabinetmakers. In summer, the terrace welcomes customers in the shade of its large tree. A room adjoining the restaurant, with its personalized decor and screen and projection equipment, can be reserved for up to 30 guests. A team of 8 people work at Hostellerie Alsacienne with a smile and a warm ear. The Hostellerie also houses 5 apartments and gîtes for short-term rental.
