– Small poultry skewers (Ardèche plein air) cooked at low temperature to be enjoyed cold
– AOC picodon (Gaec from old Alba oak and Alba sheep) “1 person lactose-free”
– Country strawberry (Remy Comte, St-Thomé)
– Ardéchoise baguette
