The proximity to the water and the natural setting of the Grand Large are integral to the establishment's identity. This is reflected on the plate through dishes such as fresh frogs' legs with parsley and garlic and fried smelt, alongside a largely vegetarian menu. The daily buffet, sharing platters, and *Mazza* selection allow every guest to tailor their own dining experience.

When the warm weather arrives, from May to August, Maison Grand Large also offers a refreshing waterside escape. Artisanal ice creams and fruit-rich sorbets by Glaces des Alpes round off the experience—perfect for enjoying right by the water’s edge in a soothing, natural setting.
