The chefs Matthias and Benoît, elaborate the menus and the dishes proposed to the chart according to the seasonality of the vegetables cultivated in the adjacent garden. The dishes are seasoned with spices from here and elsewhere selected from around the world.
Local products (meat, cheese, honey?), from the surrounding farms, are honored in the nicely decorated plates for the pleasure of the eyes and the taste buds.
