Our great winemaker house built in 1896, totally renovated, has kept its original charm with the comfort of our time. Nestled in the heart of a Minervois village, the Colibri Bleu or Blue Hummingbird will meet all your expectations. Ideally located just 500 m from the Canal du Midi and its towpaths equipped for beautiful walks.
This house lies on a nice green and peaceful environement with a swimming pool that will refresh you.
We wanted this guest house to be respectful of the environment and attentive to our guests well-being.
The rooms are on the first floor and are all well equipped with private Italian shower and toilets. We provide a high quality bed linen for your comfort, very comfortable in organic latex, the sheets and duvet cover are in linen or organic cotton, all the linen is washed with hypoallergenic Marseille soap.
