Don’t think twice about parking your bike occasionally and enjoying the picnic areas, tables and discovery trails on hand throughout this section.

Itinerary
Mainly on shared lanes and slightly undulating. Cycle lane works underway. Caution with the traffic when going into Biarritz and St Jean-de-Luz on roads. There is a calmer feel between Bidart and Ste Barbe where the route brushes past residential areas.
Connection
No hills on the way to St-Jean-de-Luz station, but do take care at the roundabout.
