This charming 160 m2 house, equipped for the comfort of 10 people, welcomes you to the heart of the Grand site classé "Baie de Somme sud", in the center of an old village, five minutes from Saint Valery-sur-Somme, close to all amenities and leisure and discovery activities. Right in front of the house, the "Gravelot" bike trail takes you on a tour of the bay's landscapes, nature reserves and birdlife. In just 10 minutes, beach-goers can reach the sea and sand dunes at La Mollière, where young children can splash around (under parental supervision!), while nature lovers can watch seals and calves in front of the Hourdel fort. The enclosed garden, planted with trees and flowers, offers peace and privacy for meals on the terrace, around the plancha, with friends or family. Games of pétanque on the specially laid-out pitch will liven up your aperitifs. Within a 4 km radius, you can do all your shopping and choose your favorite restaurant to finish the evening in the garden, to the sound of birdsong. The fully-equipped kitchen, open to the dining room and living room, easily accommodates those who want to take part in meal preparation. The "Saint Valery" and "Le Hourdel" rooms on the first floor are equipped with 160x200 bedding, as is the "Ault" room upstairs. The double room "Cayeux ? Brighton" (4 beds 80x200 or 2 160*200), dedicated to parents and two children. Each of the upstairs bedrooms has its own private shower room and separate toilet. On the first floor, 1 shower room with double basin is dedicated to both bedrooms, as well as a separate toilet. Parking for 4 cars and electric charging station.
