Gardens of the Park House
The biodiversity gardens combine perennial and honey plants, agricultural management, chestnut groves, forests, volcanoes, dragonfly ponds, and more.
Since 2014, the gardens of the Maison du Parc have been gradually developed to promote wild flora and fauna. The LPO ‘company’ refuge has been in existence since 2023.
It covers an area of 30 hectares and includes several natural environments: patches of tall grass and flowers, large expanses of meadow, trees and shrubs, hedges, dead wood, vegetable gardens, water sources and short lawns. The garden is a ‘showcase’ space that serves as an educational tool for discovering local nature and examples of simple landscaping.
New: the sparkling trail, with accessible facilities for visitors with disabilities
and the creation of a conservation orchard for Ardèche PDO chestnuts (first year of planting).
