La Charmante

The royal bastide of Réalmont, founded in the 13th century, offers an authentic setting shaped by its renowned Wednesday morning market, its large central square, and the Church of Notre-Dame du Taur. This weekly event is well known throughout the department and, as the Occitan poet Louisa Paulin, a native of the town, so aptly described it, “a village market is the melody of a land”… From this guest room, you can easily reach some of the Tarn’s must-see sites, such as the Sidobre and its remarkable rock formations, the Pays de Cocagne and the village of Lautrec, Ambialet, or the episcopal city of Albi, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its central location makes it easy to explore the entire department.

“La Charmante” is a comfortable guest room with independent access, set in a quiet house close to the village centre. The air-conditioned interior, colourful and functional, includes a lounge area with a sofa bed (BZ) and television, as well as a small equipped corner with a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee maker.

The 30 m² bedroom features a 140x190 cm bed. The adjoining shower room, located just behind, includes an Italian-style shower and WC.

Outside, you can enjoy a shared enclosed garden. Depending on the weather, breakfast is served on the terrace with a pleasant view or in the veranda. The shared outdoor swimming pool (4x9 m, 1.5 m deep with flat bottom) is available from May 15 to October 15 and secured with a safety cover.
Cyclists are welcome thanks to the Accueil Vélo label. A welcome drink is offered on arrival, and a light dinner is available for stays of one week.
