Centre sportif régional Alsace
The Centre Sportif Régional Alsace offers a unique combination of accommodation, catering, meeting rooms, sports facilities and medical facilities. A wide range of facilities are available for competitions, training courses, training sessions, leisure activities, seminars, conferences and meetings.
Accommodation comprises 52 rooms, from 1 to 6 beds, all with en-suite bathrooms. Maximum capacity is 130 people, excluding school holidays. A sauna is also available.
A 140-seat restaurant serves dietetic meals daily, either self-service or table service, upon reservation. During the summer months, a terrace provides a calm and soothing green setting. A bar is located in the lobby.
An auditorium with a maximum seating capacity of 200 is available for conferences, forums and general meetings. It is equipped with a modular podium with lectern, video projector with large screen, armchairs with coffee tables and appropriate sound equipment.
Four meeting rooms accommodating 15 to 25 people each can also be booked for meetings and training courses.
On the sports front, the complex is equipped with the equivalent of 8 sports halls. The multi-sports arena (64 x 44 metres), with three team sports pitches and 700 grandstand seats, is ideal for hosting major competitions, events and training camps. A specific gymnastics hall, a dojo (40 x 20 metres) with 200 seats in the stands, a boxing/wrestling hall, a fencing/archery hall and a weight room complete the wide range of facilities on offer.
The Institut Médico-Sportif Sud Alsace (IMSSA), a medicalized technical facility, is one of the major components of the Centre Sporitf Régional Alsace. A Cryocentre area dedicated to recovery, well-being and care, a physiotherapy centre and medical consultation rooms are available to both athletes and the general public.
The Centre Sportif Régional Alsace also boasts an Internat d'Excellence Sportive (boarding school for sporting excellence), a branch of the Strasbourg CREPS and the Maison Départemental du Sport-Santé, all of which have earned it a national and international reputation.
Ideally located on the Ill sports plain and next to the Université de Haute-Alsace, the Centre Sportif Régional Alsace is well served by freeway, streetcar and cycle paths.
