La Ferme des Thillots, an 18th-century farmhouse set in a secluded natural setting with a beautiful view of the Auxois, will delight you with its "Maison Chaleureuse", a gîte adjoining the owners' house. Ground floor (accessed via a small staircase): 1 fitted kitchen opening onto a lounge/dining room, sofa bed (sleeps 2) with WiFi, wood-burning stove. 1 shower room with shower and WC. Upstairs: 1 landing with bookcase, 1 bedroom with 1 x 130 cm bed, 3 bedrooms each with 1 x 140 cm bed, 1 children's bedroom with 4 x 90 cm beds (bunk beds). 1 large shower room with shower, changing table and baby bath. 1 cot, 1 high chair available. Ideal for a stay with family or friends. Washing machine and freezer available in an outbuilding opposite the gîte. Large courtyard with wooden hut, children's play area, garden furniture and barbecue. Uninterrupted view of the Auxois. Parking in the courtyard. Another small gîte for 3 people is also located on the property.
