Calibou & co

Facing the Mont des Cats, in the heart of the village of Godewaersvelde, Le Calibou is a multi-purpose place, part bistro, part simple sweet and savoury restaurant, part bookshop, part grocery store selling local produce and part post office.
The café offers a wide choice of hot and cold drinks, to accompany a snack (homemade cakes, ice creams, etc.) or a simple meal (soups, faluches, savoury tarts, platters, etc.). With a watchword: short circuits and organic produce wherever possible.
Le CaliBou is part of the Flanders Cafés Rando network, and has been awarded the Accueil vélo label (Accueil Vélo® is a national label guaranteeing a high quality welcome and services along cycle routes for touring cyclists). Groups, individual hikers and cycle tourists are welcome, with or without a picnic.
Open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 11am to 7pm, Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 7pm. Closed on Tuesday
