La Table de Pauline

Nestled between the Gorges du Verdon and the Luberon National Park, just a stone’s throw from lavender fields and azure lakes, our establishment is set within a large park featuring centuries-old oak trees. La Table de Pauline, a restaurant awarded the ‘Maître Restaurateur’ label, offers a bistronomic and gourmet cuisine, featuring seasonal produce sourced from local producers. It features a lovely terrace for the summer, a bar and lounges where you can enjoy our signature cocktail menu. The dining experience at La Table de Pauline is orchestrated by our chef Franck Pujol and his team, who put a fresh spin on Provençal cuisine and give a modern twist to the classics of French gastronomy.
